Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements. Eugene Campbell, San Bernardino Eugene Franklin Campbell, 86, of San Bernardino died Thursday in a Long Beach hospital. He was born in Florence, Kan., and lived in San Bernardino  and was a Catholic. Survivors include his wife, Luz; a son, Frank of San Bernardino; three daughters, Reggie Mitchell of Arizona, Nora  of Ontario and Esther of San Bernardino, and five grandchildren. Rosary is scheduled for 7 

burial at sea: My father has no headstone.. he was placed into the ocean by the Neptune society our mother followed him at the time of her demise they are both 10 miles from the New Port Pier CA.
